Maghsoud Farasatkhah (born 1956) is an Iranian sociologist who was born in Tabriz.He is a Professor at Institute for Research and Planning in Higher Education. His university education was in Philosophy, Theology and Higher Education Planning. Farasatkhah (also known Ferasatkhah) teaches at Allameh Tabatabae'i, University of Tehran, Shahid Beheshti and Islamic Azad Universities.
Maghsoud Farasatkhah analyzes the weaknesses identified in Iranians' moods and morals in his audio book, and then presents solutions and ways to overcome these weaknesses with a scientific perspective.
In order to identify the weaknesses in the nature of Iranians, the author did not limit himself to his own experiences, but to achieve a better and more accurate result, he went to the university elites and even university faculty members.
In this book, the author categorizes among the main and most significant weaknesses of Iranians' morale according to the opinion of academic elites as follows:
Determinism, institutionalized fear, connection of individual and general meaning, absolutism, distance between appearance and interior, unpredictability of behavior, being offended by criticism, weakness in teamwork, etc.
